In 2019, the Redskins coughed up two 2nd round picks to move up last year to draft Montez Sweat, who is the identical piece in a 4-3 defense. A 2nd last year, and a 2nd in 2020. Sweat (who had a fine rookie season) is not built to be a LDE in the Skins 4-3. He’s the same piece as Young, though Chase is obviously the better prospect. The question remains though, how much better are they for drafting Young than getting their LT plus additional picks?
