Unfortunately Quinn has gone on record that he can’t make decisions based on the fan base. This means he will do what he thinks is best for the team which may be doing nothing at all.
I’m still thinking that if Rashaad penny is in fact the target that it’s a real possibility that the lions trade one of their tight ends, likely Logan Thomas?, and a lower draft pick for Rashaad penny which would help bolster both teams needs at this time. Of course on the other hand, with the Lions bad luck that right after the trade one or more of our other tight ends would go down. Kinda like what happened yesterday with Walker and Wilson.
I also wonder if possibly Darren Williams of Kansas City may be available and if so maybe had for far less.
